The Kempsville Recreation Center is a modern facility with everything you need to keep your fitness goals in check all year long. The indoor pool includes diving boards, lap lanes, a zero-depth entry, and an aqua track. Sign up for personal training or join a group class. You can also find multiple gymnasiums, running and jogging tracks, and workout equipment.
